Jack Malcolm is a trainer, coach and author who specializes in sales, presentations and personal communications effectiveness, primarily for Fortune 500 companies.

He is the author of two books, Bottom-Line Selling and Strategic Sales Presentations, and writes a daily blog called Practical Eloquence. In almost a quarter century in the business, he has not only trained thousands of people to succeed in high-stakes presentations, but has had to deliver a few himself to ensure the survival of his business.

Jack has also combined his selling and speaking background with his interest in behavioral economics and cognitive psychology to craft a unique and powerful approach to influence and persuasive communications, which he imparts through formal training sessions, executive coaching engagements, and keynote speeches.

He founded Falcon Performance Group in 1996 specifically to combine his complex-sale expertise and his extensive financial background to design and implement complete sales process improvement initiatives at top national and international corporations.
