As a proven commercial Organisation Development practitioner, Executive coach, practicing academic and published author with a successful commercial career covering FMCG, Industrial, Manufacturing and Professional Services, she has a track record of providing OD and coaching programmes across UK, Europe, Russia and the Middle East that have met both the individual and business needs.

She has also, mentored a fellow practitioner, and in her role as a Freelance Writer completed a Thought Leadership paper on Career Development for VP and Director Level: A New Paradigm for a "Leading Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development and Diversity Advisory company" in the City. In her spare time, she is an Author with several books, academic papers and journal articles now published, and more in the pipeline.
